Part-time Office and Program 

We are seeking a part-time Office and Program Coordinator to join our team at The Center for Creativity and Healing! As the frontline staff you will be the first point of contact for new referrals and directly assist the President in managing the agency and services. 

 Typical Responsibilities include: 

  • Following up on referrals and initial screening of intakes to assign counselors/VF staff

  • Scheduling appointments for and greeting clients

  • Managing President’s calendar

  • Managing the company website

  • Billing for appointments, retainers, or other services

  • Contacting clients regarding appointments and/or special programs

  • Fielding questions from and assisting other staff 

  • Compiling information or research for the President

  • Tracking supplies

  • Uploading documents to clients’ files 

  • Emailing clients as requested

  • Filing staff documents and reviewing staff invoices for payment

  • Charging client payments and posting to their account

  • Maintaining organization in software programs, and other office and program related duties as requested. 

  • Assisting with screening applicants for internship


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Client relations experience

  • Basic finance or accounting training/experience

  • Office/business experience

  • Experience and knowledge with Google Drive

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance and positive character

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Dependable and reliable


Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in mental health, healthcare, legal or social services work

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field

  • Supervisory experience

  • Marketing or program development experience

  • Good technical skills

Visit Facilitator

CCH is seeking qualified candidates to facilitate visitation for our Supported Supervised and Facilitated visitation program.  Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a graduate program in counseling, psychology, social work or marriage and family therapy.  Position is a part-time contract basis typically needed for late afternoon/evenings or weekend hours.  Visits range from 2-6 hours per visit.
